A company in Zalka in the retail industry is looking to recruit an HR.
He/she should be BA holder, 4 to 5 years of experience, with excellent skills in English and Arabic . His/her main responsibilities are to develop an HR procedure ,recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates;
develop training and performance appraisal for employees, Discuss personnel needs with departments’ heads and trigger preventive/corrective actions;
and determine with management suitable corrective or development training schemes according to needs;
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards company goals; and Report to the CEO on all issues regarding the development of all personnel.
